You can use your debit card online now. To get contactless payments working, you need to pay for something using chip and PIN (personal identification number), or to use a cash machine.

You can view it in our Mobile Banking app. Go to ‘More’, click ‘Cards’, then ‘View PIN’.

You can activate your credit card 24/7, with our digital assistant, Sandi.
In Mobile Banking:Ìý
- log on toÌýMobile Banking
- click 'Help centre' from the shortcuts at the top of the screen
- choose 'Chat with Sandi’
- ask to activate your new credit card and follow the steps.
In Online Banking:Ìý
- log on toÌýOnline BankingÌý
- click ‘Chat with us’ on the right-hand side of the screen
- ask to activate your new credit card and follow the steps.Ìý

Self serve in Online Banking
It’s easy to activate your new credit card in Online Banking:
- log on to Online Banking
- choose the ‘My details & settings’ tab
- choose ‘Other services’
- scroll down to ‘Credit card services’ and select ‘Activate a new card’
- we’ll then send a One Time Passcode (OTP) to the mobile number registered with us
- when asked, enter your PIN.
