On 8 November 2017, Santander UK will officially open its newly designed and refurbished branch on Newgate Street Bishop Auckland. It is the latest of Santander’s branches to be re-designed as part of a programme to deliver even better customer service and community-friendly banking.

Santander employees from the Flyde Coast came head to head with colleagues from South Glasgow recently as they competed in a “Store Wars” fundraising challenge for the bank’s charity partners Barnardo’s and Age UK.

On 8 November, Santander UK will officially open its newly designed and refurbished branch at The Arcade in Sheffield’s Meadowhall Centre. It is the latest of Santander’s branches to be re-designed as part of a programme to deliver even better customer service and community-friendly banking.

Santander UK today announces the appointment of Gerry Byrne as a Banco Santander, S.A. nominated Non-Executive Director of Santander UK with effect from 1 December 2017. He replaces Manuel Soto who will be stepping down from the Santander UK Boards on 15 December 2017.

Formed originally in 1996, the management team at Hallmark Sheet Metal has in excess of 78 years of combined engineering experience. The company has grown by focusing on the manufacture of low volume, complex sheet metal components via processes such as laser cutting, robotic bending and welding. It is a highly automated business with 20 staff providing operating two shifts.
